Apple Pomegranate Salad with Orange Champagne Vinaigrette – Mixed greens, sliced apple, pomegranate, almond slices, goat cheese

Salade Paysanne with Dijon vinaigrette – Frisee and spinach, fresh croutons, bacon, Comté, and Manchego, fresh herbs, red onion

Souffle au Crab – Crab souffle, with tomato dill butter sauce
