Tartare de Beouf et Moelle – Roasted bone marrow canoe topped with beef tartar

Huîtres Fraîches – fresh oysters with a citrus tequila mignonette 

Flammekueche-  sliced apples, bacon, onions, and crème fraiche baked on puff pastry

Caille Flambé – Mushroom stuffed quail and red wine macerated strawberries and zinfandel orange demi

Fleur de Courge Farci (v)– ricotta and goat cheese stuffed squash blossoms with elderberry vinaigrette


Les Plates Principales

Faux Filet et Crevette Rose Terre Mere - Cast iron Ribeye and & Spot prawns surf and turf with foie gras compound butter and beurre blanc.  Served with saffron risotto, and pan-fried brussel sprouts & pancetta.

St. Jaques Poêlés et Poitrine de Porc Salé - Scallop and pork belly surf and turf – pomegranate glazed crispy pork belly with seared scallops.  Served with beet & parsnip purées and brussel sprouts & pancetta.

Carré d’Agneau- Herb crusted rack of lamb with Zinfandel orange demi glace.  Served with beet & parsnip purées and brussel sprouts & pancetta.

Risotto au Truffle Noire (v) – Wild mushroom risotto with fresh black truffle shavings, patty pans, baby carrots, & Romanesco.

Morue Charbonnière Croustillant - Crispy black cod with sun-dried tomatoes, olives, caper beurre blanc, dill pollen. Served with saffron risotto, and pan-fried brussel sprouts & pancetta.
