Premier Cours

Huîtres Gratinées au Camembert - Baked oysters with camembert

“Tartare” de Saumon Cuit - Flaked salmon “tartare” with poached egg

Boeuf Bourguignon Vol-Au-Vent –Red wine braised beef and vegetables in puff pastry shell

Artichauts à la Juive – Fried baby artichokes with caper aioli

Deuxième Cours

Soup a l’oignon – Caramelized onion soup baked with crostini and gruyere cheese

Bisque de Homard et Poivron Rouge – Red bell and lobster bisque

Salad de Frisée et Fenouil - Frisee and Fennel salad with beets, blood orange, pine nuts & blood orange Dijon vinaigrette

“Chauffe Coeur” – Warm spinach salad and broccolini salad with pancetta, parmesan, rum soaked figs

Troisième Cours

Served with Yukon mashed potatoes, asparagus, baby carrots, spring onions

Espadon au Poivre –Seared swordfish medium rare with green peppercorn sauce 

Terre Mere – Sous vide New Zealand Rack of lamb with Shiraz reduction and pan-seared sea scallops with mint pea puree

Boeuf Wellington – Beef tenderloin with mushroom duxelle and foie gras wrapped in puff pastry with port wine truffle demi   

Magret de Canard Poêlé au Mûre - Duck breast with blackberry brandy sauce

Quatrième Cours

Gâteau au Chocolat et Fraise

Tarte au Fruits -  Mixed fruit tartelette

Boîte au Chocolat – House-crafted box of assorted chocolates
